| Matt brings his extensive 15 year experience in marketing and consumer understanding, as well as his solid technology background and strong leadership skill to the Baker Street Team.
Prior to joining Baker Street, Matt was Vice President of Marketing at Reflect—True Custom Beauty, a Procter & Gamble company, where he lead the transition from marketing an online focused business to marketing across the multiple channels.
Matt built the Customer Focus department, providing all employees in the company with current and immediate access to customers. Moreover, he developed tools needed to make decisions, as if each employee was looking at Reflect business through the eyes of the customer.
While serving as Chief CRM Architect and Director of Strategic Planning, Matt directed the design and implementation of the company’s relationship marketing strategy -- thereby bringing real-time analytics and campaign management tools to everyone's desktops. This initiative became the strategic enabler of Reflect.com's success and was widely adopted by P&G.
Prior to transferring to the Reflect.com business, Matt managed consumer understanding work in Procter & Gamble's Beauty Care Global Business Unit and worked on beauty care brands such as Oil of Olay, Ivory and Zest.
Before joining P&G, Matt was a Naval Flight Officer and the Director of Operational Testing for the U.S. Navy's F-14 Aircraft Upgrade Program.
Matt hold a B.S. in Physics from the University of Oklahoma. |
