Don's passion is solving complex problems through innovation, consumer insight and predictive modeling.

He founded Baker Street Solutions in 2002 after a 17-year career with P&G in Beauty Care Marketing and Product
Development, including leading the Reflect.com venture as the Vice President of Innovation.

 
 

Matthew Doyel
President


Matt is our ‘guru’ of consumer understanding & research.

Matt and Don first worked together at P&G in the Reflect.com venture, where Matt was the Vice President of Marketing. Matt joined Don at Baker Street in 2006 after 18 years of experience both in P&G and the Navy.

 
 

Nancy Koglmeier
Managing Director


Nancy has a passion for building marketing and product ideas based on deep consumer insight.

Nancy joined Baker Street Solutions in August, 2008 as the Managing Director for the Cincinnati office. Her background includes 12 years with P&G in Marketing, two years with Sara Lee as a Vice President of Marketing and 10+ years as a marketing consultant.
